1909 (May 22) Levant 60c stationery parcel card from Jerusalem sent as cash on delivery to Rome, uprated by Levant “Michetti” 80pa on 50c, in combination with Albania “Leoni” 10pa on 5c and 20pa on 10c, tied by “Gerusalemme/(Uff. Postale Italiano”; some perforation toning, still though a very rare and appealing usage.
