1899-1913 Assembly comprising over 30 items, including a good array of different frankings from the Italian P.O. and various infrequent incoming mail examples to the Italian troops also from non-Italian origins, as well as the January 1900 decree by Umberto I announcing the opening of an Italian P.O. in crete and an 1899 French manifest indicating schedule of the postal ships.
