Description
1944 (March-April) Two surcharged 1L on 30c stationery cards, one sent from Kotor to Herceg Novi with dispatch and faint strike of arrival cds’s, the other from Herceg Novi to Italy with German “Platzkommandantur/Cattaro”, Vienna and Italian censorships (two closed punch holes and surface rubbing at left, but a very rare non-philatelic usage).
