1941 (March 9) Cover carried internally and franked on reverse with 1940 3d and Charity Issue 50L tied by Koritza cds’s, Reseal Censor tape at side tied by Koritza Censor cachets in black (on reverse) and in blue (obverse); slight opening tear. A rare non-philatelic usage with F. A. Zanetti certificate (1999); in addition Charity Issue 50L with inverted overprint mint.
