Description
1941 (June-July) Two franked covers taxed when the overprinted stamps were no longer valid after 24.6.41, one from Novo Mesto (21.6) in combination with Italy 1L postage due applied in Ljubljana, the other addressed to Italy with the franking uncancelled and highlighted with blue crayon, “T” below. A rare duo.
