1943 (June 5) Telegram from the P.M. Chiari sent to a Captain in Menton depending on the P.M. 95, bearing very fine “Mentone/Telegrafo” cds (Astolfi p. 11) and P.M. 1 cds on reverse. A very rare postal document.
