1943 (April 29) Italian folded military letter sent registered from Menton to Milan, only paying the registration fee with “Imperiale” 1,25L, tied by “Mentone/Accett.ne Racc. ed Assic.te” cds (Astolfi p. 8), repeated adjacent. A very scarce usage on registered mail with this concessionary rate.
