Description
1923 (Sept 29) Cover sent by a member of the R. N. “Giulio Cesare” (cachet on reverse) to La Spezia, bearing overprinted 5c, 10c, 15c, 20c and 50c, tied by “Corfu`/Poste Italiane” cds’s, with an additional strike below, La Spezia cds’s on front and back. A very scarce five-color franking to pay the double rate.
