1923 (Sept 24) Cover to La Spezia franked at double rate with overprinted 5c, 10c pair, 15c and 60c (this denomination will only be put into circulation in Italy from 30.11.23), tied by “Corfu`/Poste Italiane” cds’s, with an additional strike and the Spezia n. 1 cds below, with cachet of the R. N. “Giulio Cesare” on reverse. A rare franking.
