1869 Cover to Giurgui franked with a 10b blue, Carol with whiskers, imperforate, four margins, tied by indistinct cds, arrival in blue on reverse dated 23 Oct, alongside a sender cachet “Pierre Zlatoff/Roustzouk”, slight soiling, but very fine; rare mail from Bulgaria franked with Romanian stamps.
