1863 (March 3) Cover to Mähren, Germany, franked with 15kr brown, four singles to front of wrapper and a single to the reverse acting as a security seal (cut open through stamp), tied by the Znaïm (Znojmo) in the Czech Republic cds, some wrinkles and creasing, but rare and fine; a most unusual eagle configuration, almost certainly a unique combination franking from the Czech Republic; cert E.Diena (1981).
