1881, Colombia 5c blue and 10c violet, used on cover front to Pris, tied by pen cross with “Panamá/Des./Colombia./Jun 19 1882” blue cds below, overpaying the 10c single rate or insufficiently franked for the double rate, with “T/Panama” ornamental circle tax marking, this being the only example recorded of this postmark in this period.
