1928, 75c on 15c carmine, mint block of four (showing the dull gum usually encountered in the Scadta adhesives, caused by the special paper protection to avoid the sheets to get stuck between them as a result of the humid weather conditions in those latitudes), and used example tied to piece, very fine.
