1860, First issue, 10k dark blue and rose, strong vibrant printing, tied to an outer wrapper to Saint Petersburg by a concentric circle number 1 in black, small tear to the top of cover centrally not affecting the stamp, arrival cds to back, a fine example of this darker shade on a destination mailing.
