1840 (Jul 30) “Par Pro.” House of Commons wrapper with original contents, sent from London to Dunfermline neatly cancelled by a crisp London crown “PAID” ds with ms “1d” alongside, Edinburgh transit, contents are a bill for “The more effectual prevention of frauds and abuses committed by Weavers, Sewers and other person”, wonderful quality and very rare with original contents.
