1984 Los Angeles Olympics unissued 1Kcs with inscription upper left “HRY XXIII OLYMPIADY LOS ANGELES 1984”, unused without gum, under Soviet pressure, Czechoslovakia boycotted the Los Angeles Olympics and the stamps printed were destroyed, around 18 copies known, a great Olympics rarity; cert.
