1907, OHHS: 2m. green & 5m. rose, neatly tied on 1908 (16.11) registered official letter from Mansura to Alexandria, by MANSURA/16.11.08 cds and boxed registered marking alongside, the letter in French is from the Tribunal of Mansura, very fine and a scarce registered usage.
