1866, 10r vermilion, block of 20 (5×4), an absolutely exceptional multiple as a result of its vivid colour and the extraordinarily fine condition, with a pristine white gum and not being affected by any of the usual imperfections, preserved under outstanding conditions to be displayed in this state, full original gum with only a couple of small disturbances mentioned for accuracy only; unrecorded by Comelli and the finest example of the large unused multiples of this value; ex Dr. de Amaral Machado.
