1963-69 2c Pall Mall Square Basseterre, mint n.h. traffic light block of six from the lower right of the sheet variety yellow omitted (white fountain and church), incl. normal pair from the lower right corner for comparison; corner crease in the extreme lower right margin not affecting the fine appearance, an extremely rare positional item (S.G. £1’800 as singles).
