4a brown red and dark blue from the reprints with the Essay Head in 1894 by lithographic transfer with the outer frames of wavy lines and rosettes on yellowish paper, pair from pos.3-4 showing “Arms of Great Britain” watermark, with complete central and lower wavy lines with rosette, light horizontal bend and some toning, fine and scarce with only 10 sheets stated to have been printed on this paper (Spence 62).
