1931 Single rate red band cover sent registered to China (opened for display) franked on reverse with Provisional Fiscal overprint ”Postag” 1c, pair of 2c and two 10c all cancelled by Ulan Bator cds, taxed on arrival at Kalgan with Chinese postage due blue 20c & 30c both tied by bilingual Kalgan cds, very fine and very attractive combination (Mi. 35, 36, 38).
