1883 5c black on green, a largely margined example sanctioned with signature of the postal administrator, used on undated cover to Neiva, tied by manuscript “Porte pagado/Octubre 10 de 1883” cancellation; some discoloration caused by humidity, of aboslutely no significance for this, the only cover recorded bearing this provisional issue and the most significant of Cundinamarca; cert.
