1866-67 2pa black on thin yellow paper, clear to large margins, used on 12 November 1867 cover carried at printed matter rate in Bucharest, tied by “Bucuresci” cds, two filing creases well clear of the stamp; an extremely rare local printed matter franking, of which we have only recorded one additional example; signed Zoscsak; ex “Cornelia” collection.
