1862 (Jan 14) Cover from Río Hacha (Colombia) dated on 29.12.1861 to France, endorsed “Via de San Thomas p. Steamer Plata” with “por Curaçao” crossed out, 1F60c Anglo-French exchange marking and “16” decimes charge on front, with “St. Thomas” double-arc ds, London and receiving cds’s on reverse.
