Description

1931 Envelope sent registered from West Bay to London bearing (on reverse) two pairs of the 1/4d brown and a 2 1/2d blue cancelled by two strikes of the West Bay Type 2 cds, a couple of minor foxed patches on this side, obverse with R in oval and a most manuscript registration marking R2417 in combined pencil and red crayon, accompanied by cert. RPS (1989) inexplicably condemning the cover as a forgery which it is not
