1908 (Oct 26) Envelope sent registered to Czechoslovakia with KEVII 2 1/2d, 1/4d block of four and 1d on 4d Revenue, correctly paying the 4 1/2d non-Empire registered rate, tied by Georgetown type 5 cd, the revenue stamp not authorised for postal use so should have been disallowed and returned for postage due as in the case of the only other two covers recorded which each has a pair of 1/4d added on top of the registration crayon lines, very rare
