1902 (Aug 21) 2c Postal stationery envelope uprated with 1897 Jubilee 5c and 1897-98 1c, 2c and 5c all lightly cancelled by Montreal cds, and further cancelled by the postal clerk during registration with violet ink (matching reg. no.), Basel arrival, very fine and early example of philatelic vandalism by a postal clerk!
