Orbigoso and his following scape to the fortress of Callao, the proclamation of Gen. Bermúdez as Supreme Chief of the State “thus has lighted up a Civil War, the end of which at this moment no one can foresee”, also writing about the dictatorial power in Chile and its consequences for that country; rare destination and interesting contents.
