1903 (Dec 17) Swiss 5c newspaper wrapper to Baku (modern day Azerbaijan) with Geneva despatch and a very rare and clear strike of an Odessa censor marking (applied to foreign newspapers and magazines), fine and very rare, only two other examples of this cachet recorded by Skipton & Michalove in “Postal Censorship in Imperial Russia”
