20 Lep, pale sky blue, unused without gum, with good to large margins, showing portion of the next stamp at right, the worn appearance at lower left of the spandrels is due to the poor register of the decoupage in the printing and is a characteristic of this issue, very fine and extremely rare (Hellas 31)Expertise: Certificate Holcombe (1981)
