1928ca. Dr Eckerlin’s Rotary Press sample sheetlets (3) printed in red, green and dark blue on ungummed paper showing enlarged and mirrored versions of the KGV 3c in sheetlets of 25, produced in the hope of selling this rotary press process (developed by Herbst & Illig) to the American Banknote Company, unusual, incl. photocopy of a RPSL cert. for a sheetlet as reference
