1924 Dr Eckerlin’s Rotary Press sample sheetlet printed in black on
ungummed, watermarked paper showing three GB KEVII 1d (larger than the issued
stamp) as well as two Russian 1913 7k Romanov, produced in the hope of
selling this rotary press process (developed by Herbst & Illig) to
the British and Russian Post, some minor creasing/wrinkles, unusual, incl. photocopy of cert. RPS for a similar item for reference Document Translation:

In order to transport the sumci (the bags with letters and money) of the local treasury from here to the State Treasury on the basis of report No. 1797 of the Ispravnicie, I write to you that tomorrow morning you must send to the headquarters of the Ispravnicie three coaches with four horses each and the necessary coachmen. The payment for the progon (coaches, horses, coachmen) will be the responsibility of the Treasury.
