1883-84 5s Rose on white paper CH with “SPECIMEN” type 13 overprint, mint hr with a couple of light creases caused by a heavy hinge, very rare with few examples of this specimen type recorded, with this particular example pictured on p.47 of “Specimen Stamps and Stationery of Great Britain” by Samuel and Huggins Catalogue ref: SG 180s
