Russian Consular Airmail 1922 24m on 3R, type II, SURCHARGE INVERTED, a very fine mint and well centered example, a major Russian airmail variety with only one complete sheet of 25 issued of which just seven stamps feature the type II surcharge, cert. Calves-Jacquart (2017), Scheller (2017), Robineau (Menozzi, 2019) and RPSL (2019), signed Kosack and Dr. P. Jem (Liapine €35’000 for mint nh). Property of another vendor.
