1859 Lapirot 2d. blue, position 10, clear to predominantly very large margins, tied to envelope by barred oval hs addressed to Port Louis, showing bevelled framed ‘MAHÉBOURG/17NO 1859’ ds at left, backstamped on arrival one day later, some soiling and stain to envelope where a manuscript annotation has been removed, an extremely rare inland use from from one provincial town to another
