1859 Post Paid 1d. red on bluish, position 3, close to large margins, uncommon oily impression, tied by barred oval hs on full printed commercial circular travelled in Port Louis, struck with ‘G.P.O./OC6 1859/MAURITIUS’ cds on reverse, an exceptional usage featuring the only example recorded in the ‘Post Paid’ issues of the printed matter rate used locally
