1869 Letter from Dardanelli to Constantinople. franked with 2nd Issue 20 paras green, tied with negative seal of DARDANELLI, a second 20 paras stamp that was affixed on the letter was washed off and removed, an additional negative seal handstamp alongside in accordance with Egyptian P.O. regulations on ‘information’ strikes, arrival backstamp POSTE VICE-REALI EGIZIANE / CONSTANTINOPOLI / 12 APR 69 circular datestamp, some water stains and other cvr faults, one of only three covers that have been recorded with Dardanelli negative seal
