1871 (March 11) Folded entire from Latakia to Alexandria, franked with 1868 3k. green in horizontal pair (some short perfs) and cancelled by triangle of dots in blue, cancelled on reverse on arrival by rare “ALEKSANDREISKOE AGENTSTVO ROPIT” in blue dated 17.3.1871, also Lattakia cancellation dated of 11.3.1871, very fine and covers with 3k. green franking are very rare
