1864 (28.11) Telegram message from London to Bombay, there was no submarine cable from Suez to Bombay before 1870, telegrams from Britain to India were wired to Suez: thence the message was posted by surface mail via Aden to Bombay. Franked 1s and tied “B02”, cancelled SUEZ / NO 28 64 circular datestamp, unusual and very scarce
