1874 (6.4) Cover from Alexandria to London, with 1872-73 6d grey pl. 12, tied by “B01” and circular datestamp ALEXANDRIA / AP 6 74 (rotated 4 of 74)alongside, manuscript “via Brindisi”, also framed INSUFFICIENTLY PAID handstamp, which was scribbled out and (presumably) sent via Southampton and the 6d rate, London “PAID” circular datestamp, attractive and scarce usage full of character
