BPA (2006) (SG £2’500+) 1942 (3 Apr) Negri Sembilan 5c brown, chop ‘A’ in black, block of 6 (3×2) from a booklet pane with characteristic perfs, the centre stamp in the lower row WITHOUT OPT, fine large part o.g. Spectacular and very rare. Ex Tompkins, with BPA cert (2006).
