1867-83 £1 imperforate colour trial in mauve with “SPECIMEN” type 9 overprint, mint original gum, very fine and scarce 1878 £1 Colour trial. Very fine imperforate example lettered DA printed on gummed watermarked paper in mauve, overprinted “SPECIMEN” type 9. Scarce.
