1840 1d Black pl.6 AG-AI mint og top marginal strip of four, mounted in margin only fine to good margins and full deckle edge selvedge and sheet inscription “ards the RIGHT HAND SIDE of the Letter. In Wetting the Back be ca”, some creasing and minor toning not detracting from this magnificent exhibition item, extremely rare mint marginal multiple from this plate, ex Shaida, cert. BPA (1993)
