1893 Insufficiently franked envelope (quadruple weight) to Zurich/Switzerland franked by 1889 5c green tied by FIRENZE 11 III 93 cds, sent as printed matter but was closed so taxed upon arrival with Swiss postage due 1889 100c +50c +20c(2), (taxation: underpaid 95c which comes to 190c with the penalty), fine & scarce
