SARDINIA USED IN SICILY AT UNCOMMON RATE, 1863 Double weight folded letter sent within Palermo, with exceptional example of the 10c Reddish Brown (plate II, 1861 printing) with large to enormous margins, tied by circular Palermo cds (28 MAR 63) showing time of day (another strike below), an uncommon usage and tariff, superb in all respects.
