1899 Incoming 15c lettercard from France sent to the French Post Office in Zanzibar, underpaid and charged 4a postage due adhesives with 1/2a on 5c and  1 1/2a on 15c tied by double circle ds, no message, very rare, Griffith-Jones records only 14 covers displaying the use of the French offices at Zanzibar postage dues on cover
