LE GENERAL CHANZY Message chiffré de Favre, Ministre des Affaires Etrangères, commençant par “n°36 Mr de Chaudordy à Bordeaux le 18 décembre 1870”, capturé par les Prussiens qui ont écrit “Aus Paris per Luftballon” (de Paris par Ballon), le Comte de Chaudordy était un diplomate français envoyé à Tours le 16 septembre et qui jouera le rôle d’un ministre des Affaires Etrangères à part entière.
