1912 Peking envelope registered double rate sent to Berlin Germany bearing 30K mixed franking composed of 15k, 4k(2) & 2k with “Kitai” overprints & solo 5k not overprinted all tied double circle date-stamps; the cover displays the bi-lingual registration label which now conforms with the UPU regulations, very scarce & very fine
