Plovdiv-Filibe : 1876 Cover from Plovdiv to Constantinople bearing Duloz 1875 issue 20 pa, green and 1876 issue 1 pi. orange-yellow tied by very clear strikes of all Arabic double-circle “Filibe 81” handstamp in black (Coles & Walker fig. 19), with octagonal framed all Arabic “Ortaköy” blue arrival postmark. Reverse with part of flap missing and “Şehir-City Post” 1 pi. yellow tied by bilingual Lianos type “Bachtche Capussi” oval datestamp for the Istanbul city delivery fee.
