T13) together with India KGV 2a Lilac, 1a Violet (2) and strip of four of 1/4a on 1/2a tied by GYANTSE B16 19 AUG 24 cds on registered “Bailey” combination cover to Scotland, Colonel Bailey was a Political Officer at Gangtok (capital of Sikkim) at the time and visited Lhasa in August 1924, scarce, cert.
